Healing that goes
as deep as the wound.

Anxiety · Depression · Grief · Trauma

Something in you is asking for more.

You've built a life that looks good from the outside. You've worked hard, met expectations, and taken care of everyone who needed you, but somewhere along the way,
something started pulling you in a different direction.

It might feel like you're spiraling sometimes to figure out who you are. You recognize that you've changed, and life around you hasn't caught up yet, or maybe you fear that it never will.

Part of you is outgrowing all you've known, while another part is terrified of what that might mean.

You've landed in the in-between.

YOU’RE ASKING YOURSELF QUESTIONS LIKE:

Why do I have everything I thought I wanted and still feel like something is missing?

Why does part of me want to leave it all behind: my relationships, my career, my whole life?

Who am I underneath the anxiety, the grief, the depression, the trauma, and the roles I've been playing?

What am I meant to do with my life?

Sound familiar?

Hi, I’m Nikki!

I know what it's like to look at your life and no longer recognize yourself in it.

I’ve had moments that changed everything and made me question who I was, what I wanted, and whether the life I'd created was really mine. That kind of upheaval is incredibly disorienting, but I've come to believe that it’s one of the most important things that can happen to a person.

That's what brought me to this work, and it's why I know how to sit with you in it without trying to rush through it or talk you back into who you were.

If part of you is ready to stop surviving the in-between and start actually moving through it, you’ve come to the right place.

Therapy helped me find my way back to myself; I’d love to help you do the same.

Wherever you are right now is
the right place to start.

On the other side of this is a version of you that embodies who you truly are. It's the version of you who feels free to make mistakes and laugh at yourself without shame, who isn't afraid of what others may think of you. Your relationships feel like a breath of fresh air rather than heavy under the weight of performance. At some point, you may have stopped believing you could love yourself.
And then, somehow, you found your way home.

Healing makes space for every version of you
and teaches the parts that are afraid
that it's safe to change.

  • Instead of being ruled by worst-case thinking and a mind that won't quiet down, you can learn to trust yourself and move through life without anxiety calling the shots.

  • Depression is convincing. It tells you that you can't change, that you never will, and that the fact that you're struggling is proof something is fundamentally wrong with you. It’s not proof. You're not broken; you're stuck. And we'll work together to believe otherwise.

  • Trauma has a way of becoming part of how we see ourselves. At some point you start to wonder, “Is this just who I am?” The story trauma told you about yourself was never the whole truth. But letting go of that identity can feel just as scary as holding onto it.

We'll work through what happened together, at a pace that feels safe, so the past stops defining what's possible for you.

  • Loss comes in many forms: a person, a relationship, or perhaps a version of yourself you didn't know you were holding onto. There's space here to grieve all of it and find out what's on the other side.

  • Sometimes knowing what you want to change isn't enough. Hypnotherapy helps you uncover subconscious patterns keeping you anchored to who you used to be.
