Hypnotherapy takes you deeper than the thinking mind can go.

Hypnotherapy is a meditative state that quiets the thinking mind and allows your subconscious to take you where you need to go. Rather than just talking about what's happening, you get to experience and identify the emotions, beliefs, and the parts of you that have been holding on, and finally create the conditions for them to change.
What a session feels like
You'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation. You will be awake and conscious the entire time. From there, your subconscious takes you where you need to go to get to the root of what we’re working on. Most people describe it as deeply restful and enlightening.
Some people access memories or feelings they didn't know were there. Others find images, sensations, or simply a sense of knowing something they couldn't quite reach or understand before.
